I reverted your abolition of right aligned images in the "IDE Window: Package Options" page because it is inconsistent with the other similar pages which use right-aligned images to shorten page lengths and keep associated text close to the relevant image in a browser window. As for me, I don't like right-aligned pictures at all (even I would say I hate it).
As for this particular page, your last revision on my screen (1680x1050, 96 dpi) looks very bad (something like heap of mixed dominos). Last revision from Alextpp looks good:

I would suggest very limit usage of right-aligned pictures and use right aligning only for logos like "For Windows/Linux/Mac only", "Lazarus Code" and etc.
