Wrong edition with Spanish/Ital language

English page again changed to Spanish!
I have had to revert the edits to https://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/Installing_Lazarus_on_macOS because you changed it to Spanish again. Please, DO NOT EDIT the English pages.
