This used to be possible in the past, but now all the delphi specifics and workaround have been removed. Version 1.9.4 was the last to still have them, but even with them, the delphi (Kylix 2-3 and D6/7 were the commonly used versions) compiler crashes with internal errors and other problems, even with the optimizer disabled.

Why can't the FreePascal compiler be compiled with Delphi ?
