One point was raised, the first section may also need a title, maybe keep the "Welcome to the Lazarus and Free Pascal wiki" header on top?

I (me personally) also wonder, if all headers should have one common style. I.e. currently the 2 table headers have a grey box background, the other headers are plain on white.
