Say, why are you inserting a statement certain characters were defined by UTF-8 (Special:Diff/120680 Special:Diff/120682)? UTF is merely an encoding, a certain way to store numbers (usually Unicode code points). It doesn't by any means define a character-number-tuple. And you know that, since you translated UTF-8/fi.
