I don't know how to make this page appear on languages bar.

Of course you can do it yourself. Click on 'Edit' to edit a page. Then you scroll to the bottom. There you will find the template (e.g. Template:Windows CE Interface). You can open the template if you click on it. To change the template you have to click on 'Edit'. --Swen 17:06, 19 October 2007 (CEST)
