Removal due to duplication
Looking at this tutorial now, it seems there's a lot of duplication with SQLdb Tutorial1
I think this one could be removed.
- Some content (manual insertion of data) could be added in an "advanced" section below the current content of SQLdb tutorial
- The sections on how to set up embedded Firebird could be split off in a reference article, with sections per platform, and one section on how to edit the components/FPC code
