August 2012: move Kylix help to separate page
I'm strongly in favour of moving the Kylix help to another page. Because new users land on this page looking to install help, they can easily be confused into thinking installing Kylix help may be necessary. Espcially after reorganizing the CHM help part which has made that section a lot smaller.
Also, the huge amount of text might scare them off.
IMO, installing Kylix help is a niche case for experienced programmers or at least people who already have Kylix, one more reason to move it.
