Announcments links

It seemse some links to announcments are wrong (decremented by 1 than actual announcments?).

In the Support for Default Namespaces section: current link is http://lists.freepascal.org/pipermail/fpc-pascal/2018-May/053768.html , seems it should be: https://lists.freepascal.org/pipermail/fpc-pascal/2018-May/053769.html

In the Dynamic Arrays sections: current link is http://lists.freepascal.org/pipermail/fpc-pascal/2018-May/053891.html , seems it should be: https://lists.freepascal.org/pipermail/fpc-pascal/2018-May/053892.html

In the Registry unit section: current link is http://lists.freepascal.org/pipermail/fpc-devel/2019-February/040319.html , seems it should be: https://lists.freepascal.org/pipermail/fpc-devel/2019-February/040446.html

In the Support for the AArch64 target , current link is http://lists.freepascal.org/pipermail/fpc-devel/2015-February/035397.html seems it should be: https://lists.freepascal.org/pipermail/fpc-devel/2015-February/035524.html

Could somebody fix it? (I am not sure I am allowed to do changes on the FPC New Features Trunk page, also broken links looks like some systematic problem.)

Thanks for the fixes. It's indeed a systemic problem caused by the corruption on the mailing list server. After the migration, we had to rebuild the archive and unfortunately for some reason this changed the links...
