Tytuły stron formatowane tagiem <h1> są jednocześnie linkami, dlatego nie można zmieniać i tłumaczyć ich treści. Jednak można podać tłumaczenie pod spodem, najlepiej jako następny wiersz. Proponuję przy tym formatowanie powiększoną czcionką (jak w tytule) przy użyciu tagu <div>, Przykład kodu nagłówka:

Ukrywanie tagów wiki

Jeśli chcemy wyświetlić tekst w tagach wiki, w taki sposób, aby te tagi nie wykonały się, trzeba je zamaskować. W tym celu należy użyć tagów nowiki:

Maskowanie linków

Jeśli chcemy zrobić link do kategorii, ale bez dodawania strony do tej kategorii, maskujemy taki link znakiem dwukropka umieszczonego tuż za otwierającymi nawiasami kwadratowymi, jak tu: 

[[:Category:Polski]]

Usuwanie stron

Aby usunąć niepotrzebną stronę (np. utworzoną przez pomyłkę), przenieś ją do kategorii Category: Pages for deletion. W tym celu edytuj tą stronę i dodaj do niej tekst [[Category:Pages_for_deletion]] (koniecznie w podwójnych nawiasach kwadratowych). Strona ta po jakimś czasie pojawi się w kategorii „Pages for deletion”. Osoby uprawnione widząc takie strony mogą je usunąć.
